Travis has taken home over 30 jewelry design awards including the esteemed title of “Designer of the Year” in Hawaii for 3 consecutive years – 1996 through 1998 New York City’s Jewelers of America Affiliate Contest awarded Travis 1st Place for his 
design “Nemesis” in February of 1998 – a milestone win for his home of Hawaii for the first time in 35 years. With two terms served as Executive Director for New Mexico Jewelers Association and membership with G.I.A. & Alumni Association; Travis has enjoyed a dedication to teaching others the art and process of creating fine jewelry throughout his career. Travis knew to follow his passion for jewelry making at an early age, starting his apprenticeship in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the age of 16. He established his own jewelry business after moving to Hawaii at the age of 26.
Studying jewelry design and fabrication under six different senior goldsmiths has led him to design and create jewelry throughout Canada and the Continental U.S. for notable jewelry stores like Birks of Canada, Tiffany & Company, and Van Cleef & Arpel. Travis now creates unique jewelry pieces for select clientele throughout the United States, as well as manufacturing Tahitian Pearl Jewelry for the Black Pearl Galleries.
From concept and sketch to the actual process of creation; Travis enjoys the entire process. As Designer and J.A. Certified Master Jeweler, he marries creativity and experience to create exclusively unique and one-of-a-kind jewelry for every single client.
